How the Return Process Works

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. We do not accept returns after the 30-day return period has expired. To initiate a return, please first send us an email at info@walkerwhite-outlet.com. We will send you a return form. Please fill out the return form and list the items you wish to return. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Choose a carrier and send the items back to us within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. We do not charge a restocking fee.

How to Cancel an Order

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Please notify us at info@walkerwhite-outlet.com as early as possible.

How to Resolve Issues With Delivered Goods

If you receive damaged goods or goods other than those you ordered, please take photographs of the packaging and its contents immediately upon receipt. Send these documents, including your order number, to info@walkerwhite-outlet.com. Our customer support team will then begin to resolve the situation.
