Return Process
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. We don't accept returns after the return window exceeds 30 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start the return, first email us at info@walkerwhite-outlet.com.
We will send you the return form. Please fill out the return form and specify the items you want to return. Bear in mind that the items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Choose a carrier and send it back to us within the 30-day return window, you will have to cover the return shipping costs. However, we do not charge a restocking fee.
Returns are subject to our Terms of Service.
Exchanges
Want to exchange your ordered item? Sure thing. Contact our customer support and they will guide you on how to do the exchange.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, contact us at info@walkerwhite-outlet.com as soon as possible. We're able to cancel your order until it is shipped, then you'll also be eligible for a 100% refund (otherwise you pay for the costs of the return shipping).
Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged, please immediately take a photo as evidence of the package and its contents. Then send it to info@walkerwhite-outlet.com along with your order number so that our customer support team can find a solution for you.
Refunds
You will get your refund within 7 days using the same payment method you used to order from our store.
