When will my order arrive?
On average, we'll dispatch your goodies within 1-2 business days and then it takes additional 7-10 business days until it reaches you.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! As soon as your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. You can also track your order directly on our website via our Track Your Order page.

What I can do if I'm missing something or my order is damaged?

Do you offer free shipping?
